As always Diane is on top of any maintenance requests. She is a constant and capable, caring manager. She has empathy and ... a clear understanding of each individual situation that needs to be addressed whether it is a simple, low priority request or in my case a recent high priority request for my water heater to be replaced. I went to the office because I wanted to make a request in person. It was after hours but I knocked, and she was still there and being the exceptional person that she is, let me in and called immediately to put me on the schedule for the next day.
